About Victor

Victor Vale is an American psychedelic folk, baroque pop, and synth pop artist born and raised in southern Appalachia. Coming from the musical world of the mystical Smoky Mountains, Victor takes inspiration from his Appalachian roots, while exploring a wider array of European sounds. Traditional folk instruments meet 80s pop synthesizers, classical baroque instrumentation, and occidental psychedelia to create his eclectic sound.

Inspired by the psychedelic realm of 1960s Britain, Victor channels his English ancestry into his music. With lyrical influences ranging from Anglo-Saxon folklore, to whimsical Victorian poetry, to eccentric comic book inspired characters, Victor Vale invites listeners in a world of Arthurian mythos and British psychedelia.
